Ingredients:

Lactobacillus Microbes, Fermented Treacle (no sugar), 2% Fermented Aloe Ferox, Structured and Purified Water.
Dosage :

Drink neat on an empty stomach, once a day, preferably first thing in the morning. Wait 15min before eating or drinking anything. Follow (after 15min) with a cup of boiled water.
Recommended Dosage every morning:
Week 1 – 1 tablespoon / 15ml
Week 2 – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
Week 3 onwards – 3 tablespoons / 45ml
Detox :

When beginning to use Jesu-Rapha Booster for the first time some people may experience mild effects of cleansing and detoxification. Signs of detoxification may include flu-like symptoms: mild headache, mild running tummy (or constipation), mild joint aches, tiredness, skin outbreaks, etc. Such a detox reaction is typically only short-term, usually a few days to a week. It is a normal and even healthy reaction that may indicate healing. Do not discontinue using the product. Drink 2-3 cups of boiled water throughout the day to help with detox symtoms.
